**Successful Bartender Applicant must have**:

- Creative flare in making cocktails along with sound knowledge of wine and beer.
- Bubbly and outgoing personality with a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Excellent cash handling skills.
- Responsible and able to take ownership of areas within the bar.
- Barrister experience.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- LCQ Certificate and previous experience with Wizbang POS would be an advantage.
