**Ultimate Care Allen Bryant** is a well-established, community-based dwelling with a homely 'west coaster' upbeat feel and we are looking for Registered Nurses to join our supportive and dedicated team in full time, part time and casual capacities.

**You will use skills and experience to**:

- Provide compassionate and exceptional care to residents.
- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families.
- Deal with clinical challenges
- Assess residents and develop and review care plans
- Administer treatment and ongoing support to residents.
- Support the Clinical Manager and Facility Manager

**You are**:

- Qualified/ New Zealand Registered Nurse
- Have a minimum of one - three years' experience
- Proven experience in the delivery of care services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a shift
- A strong focus on delivering quality care
