As our Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will be collaborating with our Sales teams and will be responsible for creating and maintaining the detailed rolling demand plan. You will use statistical models to challenge the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure business-wide consensus is reached for our demand plans. You will then manage the flow of supply to secure 100% stock availability and efficient inventory levels.

- Using multiple relevant data sources (such as historical sales data, trends, base growth, distribution, market share) you will develop a robust statistical forecast and associated Operations Demand Plan.
- In collaboration with Sales you will challenge the latest sales plan against past performance of sales, and highlight inconsistencies the latest. You will also challenge the latest sales demand plan, to understand underlying assumptions and compare with the Operations Demand Plan.
- You will align with the Sales and Finance teams on the rolling Demand Plan at the monthly S&OP meetings. You will also update the Demand Plan in the planning tools to align with the consensus.
- You will be responsible for aligning/composing the Placement Forecast for Point-of-Sales items.
- You will identifying risks and opportunities to the operating plan and financial framework.
- You will create a robust planning function to support continuous improvement for the Business.
- You will support the achievement and reporting of forecasting (accuracy) targets.
- You will provide insights to the OPS Director to conduct fact-based portfolio management and to implement a yearly SKU portfolio review cycle.
- You will collaborate with Finance & Sales to establish long term SKU portfolio management based on complexity and costs matrix.S&OP PLANNING
- You will lead, with support from the Operations Director, the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This includes organizing the necessary meetings (including attendees, structure, etc) and setting deadlines for finished goods products and VISIT/POS items according to the Global Guidelines.
- Based upon the consensus Demand Plan, you will generate the monthly local Supply Plan and input for the Global S&OP Process by defining the location split of the Demand Plan, define target stock levels, consider restrictions, etc.
- You will implement the globally balanced S&OP in the local supply planning execution.
- You will provide to the Operations Director with a rolling forecast for 3PLs on inbound and outbound volumes.SUPPLY PLANNING / EXECUTION
- You will translate the monthly (globally balanced) supply plan to a weekly supply plan as per the Global Supply Chain Planning & Global Logistics guidelines and restrictions
- You will lead solutions findings and execution of demand and supply imbalances
- You will establish and manage inventory levels to ensure no out of stocks, inventory levels according to business plans and ensure healthy product age according to the quality guidelines. Proactively alert the Operations Director in case of risks in inventory management and share plans to reduce risks
- You will manage product transitions of new and phasing out SKUs
- You will manage 3PL rework program together with Logistics and Customer Service Specialist to ensure 100% availability.
- You will share with the Logistics and Customer Service Specialist a rolling forecast for 3PLs on inbound, storage and outbound volumes.
- You will maintain and ensure accuracy of Material Master Data and Purchase Price Variance.
- You will be the Key User to advance and develop Operational ERP functionality
- You will participate in the identification and assessment of the impact of changing the customer base.
- Related to VMI customers, you will track customers stock levels, create replenishment orders to ensure customers maintain the target days of supply and communicate to the customers changes in demand/supply providing excellent customer service.
- YOu will also develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives and projects with Customers and Suppliers in support of Operational efficiencies and or cost savingsREPORTING AND IMPROVEMENT PROCESSES
- You will provide direct assistance to Operations Director and management team for top line business analytics as required.
- You will deliver timely completion of monthly department performance measurement and reporting activities according to local and headquarter requirements
- You will conduct Efficiency Analysis and Best in Class Benchmarking Activities to bring about Continuous Improvement Initiatives within the Operations DepartmentPROCUREMENT
- You will maintain regular communications with internal stakeholders, including department heads to support efficient budget spend and alignment on procurement involvement and collaboration
