This role involves duties such as
- Answering all phone calls and handling them in a proactive manner
- Assisting 'walk-in' and vehicle release including payments and identification checks
- Dispatching jobs including:

- Communication with the internal team to accurately relay key information
- Correctly load information into the software
- Full & complete notes/record of all interactions relating to jobs
- Communicate with Insurance Companies relating to claims
