You will work within our Nelson kapa to deliver a range of infrastructure drainage & reticulation works. You will have an interest in the following type of capital works; construction of water, wastewater and stormwater reticulation upgrades, backflow prevention and testing to meet contract specification.
- Be involved in planning, organising, controlling activities and operations
- Work to be completed to the satisfaction of customers and all targets (productivity, quality and safety) are met
- Arrange and monitor activities of subcontractors to ensure their work meets project objectives and requirements

**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills**

Along with your positive attitude, commitment to quality, and a supportive and safe workplace, there are a few other essentials to what we are looking for:

- Minimum 2 years’ civil construction experience, preferably involved in water, wastewater and storm water
- A current Drain laying or reticulation serviceperson qualification
- Experience in the operation of plant - Class 2, WTR
- Experience with PE and/or PVC pipe installation methods - PE Welding certificate a bonus
