**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**

As the ideal person for this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Has experience working as a needs assessor/service coordinator or equivalent role Is InterRAI trained
- Demonstrates clinical leadership in practice
- Has more than 6 years post graduate experience, with a minimum of 2 years NASC experience
- Sets high standards and strives to achieve these
- Is passionate about care coordination and navigation

In this influential role you will;
- Provide specialist consultation and clinical teaching based on contemporary best practice.
- Provide clinical leadership to the NASC team through clinical research, audit and evaluation of service and client outcomes.
- Support the development of the wider Community Health Services by providing specialist advice and input into policy, planning and resources.
- Evaluate and implement service improvements for the NASC team.
