Charge Hand | Permanent Part-Time | Napier
- $26.06 per hour + night shift allowance ($3.21 per hour between 8pm and 6am)
- Monday to Friday: 01:00AM - 07:30AM
- Forklift allowance

Your previous experience in an operational environment will stand you in good stead. It goes without saying that you will have a commitment to excellence and proactive attitude to a team providing services at the highest possible standard.

**As a Charge Hand you will be required to**:

- Hold a forklift license (mandatory)
- Manage the daily performance of your team
- Ensure that courier products, parcels and mail are sorted according to set KPI's and criteria.
- Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure that our actions are consistently smooth, efficient and safe during the shift.
- Support the staff and give clear directions to the team.
- Perform daily warehouse tasks as required
