**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

We are seeking qualified applicants for a full time visiting neurodevelopmental therapist position based within the Child Development Service. Consideration will be given to a registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist who has a wide range of paediatric experience particularly with pēpī and preschool children with developmental delays, or disabilities, and their families/whanau. This is a permanent, full time position (1.0fte).

**Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team**

The Child Development Service is a multi-disciplinary team providing specialist assessment and intervention for children with (or at risk of) an intellectual, sensory or physical disability, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. We use a holistic approach to enable children with disabilities to reach their maximum potential within their families and extended environment.

We operate over three sites, plus a Kapiti Clinic. All our staff work closely with each other. We value good working relationships, communication, and ensuring our environment is a welcoming place for Tamariki and their whanau and also for staff.

**Mū - About you**
- Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy Qualification
- Practicing Certificate from Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy Board
- At least 3 years’ experience working with babies and/or children with disabilities

Accreditation with Enable for equipment - ideal but not essential
