**Some of your day to day responsibilities include;**
- Instructing directing crews and sub-contractors in the construction operations related to the project, which include earthworks, drainage, pavement and sealing works along with associated temporary works and environmental controls
- Focusing on delivery of the project whilst engaging in a proactive approach to Health & Safety
- Overseeing construction and general activities

**What you bring**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the Construction/ Roading Industry as Foreman/Leading Hand or in a similar role
- Minimum class 1 (with WTR endorsements)
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
- Great communication skills
