**We have set rostered shifts available to suit your lifestyle**
- Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
- Off Weekends

**About the role**

If you're looking to further develop your knowledge and understanding of the logistic industry, where no 2 days are the same - then this is opportunity is for you **This role will see you involved the collections of taxes paid to NZ Customs on behalf of cash customers.**

**Responsibilities included**
- Calling customers to collect payment prior to release
- Ensure releases of shipment are done prior to delivery cycles
- Ensure follow-ups happen daily through delivery cycles
- Reconciliation for non-billed amounts on transitory reports
- Ensure any amount not billed needs to be billed.
- Ensure completeness of paperwork and supporting documents for all charges.
- Preparing adjustments to correct error in billings
- Adjustments and reversal queries
- Performing your tasks while upholding client's protocol and regulatory processes
- Maintain and update database daily to ensure customer information's are accurate
- Managing inbound and outbound calls

**This role requires the following**:

- Intermediate Computer skills (Word; Excel; PowerPoint etc)
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Rostered shifts, with ability to be available or flexible for additional shifts
- Willingness to learn quickly to upskill
- Hold good time management skills; punctual and reliable
