**Site Operations Manager Lincoln (Assets/infrastructure)**
- We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader skilled _in _providing efficient and effective management of people, sites, and facilities at our head office._

**About the opportunity**

This is your opportunity to effectively manage site operations at Manaaki Whenua Landcare Research's largest site in Lincoln, Canterbury and engage and support its people. You will work in a supportive team and actively contribute to the national management and leadership of property infrastructure and site operations services. You will champion and lead our national building compliance function and deputise for the National Manager, Site Operations, Assets & Infrastructure. Accountabilities are broad and encompass management of facilities and infrastructure, site/office services, and people leadership, in addition to financial, project, contract, tenant, and environmental / health & safety risk management.

This permanent, full-time position is based at our Lincoln site and reports to our National Manager, Site Operation, Assets & Infrastructure.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will work closely with the site operations team at Lincoln to maintain a well running site and positive site morale for our staff, stakeholders, and visitors. You will regularly liaise with other leaders, including your site operations manager colleagues from other sites, to support development and delivery of fully compliant national facilities management services. You will be highly motivated, enjoy a large degree of autonomy, and utilise your effective interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in the execution of your role.
