Due to our client's current shepherd following their own passions, we are looking for a new team member to join their team

**About Our Client**
Our client is a friendly family-owned and operated Sheep dairy farm. They have a 600-ewe farm across 350 hectares. The shed is a 10-aside herringbone with an in-shed feeding system. There is also a quaint and newly kitted out process factory on site where our client processes raw milk, cheese and yoghurt.

Our client sees staff as an asset to their business and values them accordingly.

**About the Role**
The position primarily consists of a mixture of mustering, stock work, and general farm maintenance duties, including fencing. The role will be working alongside our Farm Manager and assisting in achieving targets set out as a team.

**About You**
We are seeking a motivated, team member with a good forward-thinking attitude to help our client drive their business to greater levels of success. The position requires someone who has a passion for the finer details on a farm, puts herd health and the forefront of their daily priorities and has an appetite to learn and grow.

You're self-motivated, energetic and passionate about farming. You have a positive “we can do this” attitude and are keen to further your skills. Ideally, you have experience with stock work, operating tractors and other farm equipment, experience maintaining fences and general farm maintenance.
- As stock work is a significant part of the position, having a couple of dogs is ideal.
- Able to show initiative and work independently
- Have good communication skills and work as part of a team
- Have great time management skills and be organised
- Honest, reliable and has a good sense of humour
