ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Analyst with experience in payroll/HR systems and understanding of the Holidays Act to undertake a large on-going project.

DUTIES
- Assist Test Lead and Delivery Managers by supporting the execution of tests through process, planning and coaching of others involved.
- Provide specialist support to the Holiday Act Programme around rectification for payroll compliance, also around data quality and cleansing
- Review functional and non-functional requirements and specifications
- Produce Test artefacts and reports
- Specify requirements for environment and tools and define test conditions.
- Identify and report test and quality issues and risks including stream defect management.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years proven hands on experience and exposure to a range of testing and quality assurance.
- Experience and understanding of payroll and HR systems.
- Experience and understanding of the Holidays Act is desirable.
- Experience in analysing business requirements from different user groups.
