Nail Technician

Location of work: Shop T4, 4 Golden Sands Drive, Papamoa Beach, Papamoa, 3118, New Zealand

**Essential requirements**:

- Being able to complete a set of acrylic nails in 30 minutes using American drills;
- Completing nail art designs in a timely manner;
- Experience to do full body waxing, full body massage, hair wash, lash lift, lash and brow tinting, lash extensions, cosmetic tattooing.
- Attention to details;
- Following instructions;
- Good customer service;
- Being able to work well in a team.

**Your tasks**
- Analysing skin and nail characteristics;
- Communicating with clients their needs and any issues
- Carrying out facial and body treatments to clients;
- Treating any undesirable hair using different techniques

including waxing
- Undertaking professional development and evaluating beauty

therapy processes and products to keep up with the trends;
- Providing advice on products
- Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and maintaining client records
- Welcoming clients when they arrive for their appointments
- Working well with co-workers and management;
- Be efficient and calm under pressure and be willing to

give direction and take instructions; Observe health and safety responsibilities;
- Work weekends and evenings as required

**Requirements and skills**
- Five years experience is required or relevant qualification
- Flexible to work with a rotating roster, including late

nights, weekends and public holiday
- Hard-working and willing to learn attitude
- Can work under pressure and without supervision
- Good communication and customer services
- No criminal history

**Benefits**:

- Pay rate start from $24 -$32/hour based on experience
- Guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 45 hours per week
