**What you'll do.**

This is a **Permanent Full-time** position, **Monday to Friday - 40 hours** guaranteed with on call work + working every second Saturday for a couple of hours.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll be working with the document storage warehouse team helping to process and prepare retrieval orders quickly and accurately to meet the daily run schedule of the drivers.

The key accountabilities of the role will include but are not limited to the following:

- Ensure all data entered into the Safe Records database is accurate. This includes information required for both efficient collection and delivery services of records and the information required to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Process inward & outbound orders within contractual service standards.
- Maintaining professional conduct at all times.
- Hold Safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and an incident/injury-free environment.
- Manage relationships with key customers and all suppliers when required.

This is a full-time position with the workdays being Monday - Friday, with the daily rostered hours to be worked between **8:00 am - 4:30 pm**.

You will be someone who can get on with people from all walks of life. Someone who can take instructions, implement a daily/weekly work plan, and demonstrate professionalism with a can-do attitude.
- You are an energetic, outgoing person who is organized, can manage your time well, and multitask effectively.
- Clean Full Class 1 NZ License (Class 2 would be an advantage).
- Applicants must be fit, healthy, and able to lift heavy loads (max 25kg) when necessary.
- Forklift license and experience are preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is essential.
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Willing to undergo pre-employment checks (Police vetting and Drug test)
- Drive improvements in warehouse processes and compliance.
