What you will do
- Be a role model by maintaining clinical competence, leadership and service delivery
- Provide coaching and training opportunities formally and informally to the healthcare team
- Lead Careerforce Assessments
- Conduct and support Healthcare Assistance performance capability
- Assist with audit preparation
- Communicate with residents and their families/whanau to enhance resident care

You will need
- Strong clinical, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy leading and developing great teams
- Have a continuous improvement mindset
- A good understanding of quality management systems
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- A valid work visa or be a NZ resident/citizen
- A current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
- Concise reporting skills and computer literacy
