The Higgins Green Team in the Bay of Plenty have an awesome opportunity for an experienced Foreperson to manage and lead the Asphalt crew.

You will need to have a good understanding of all things asphalt as we can manufacture 600 to 1,250 tonne of Asphalt per day and we utilise the latest technology to blend and mix aggregate, bitumen, modifiers, polymers, fillers, and pelletised fibre.

What you’ll bring to the role:_**
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Reliable, honest team player who leads from the front
- Extensive Roading industry experience
- Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in road maintenance
- Class 2 Drivers Licence with WTR endorsements
- Ability to work with crews and foster a winning culture
- Strong focus on health and safety not only for yourself, your colleagues but also the public
