As our business grows we are looking for highly skilled, highly paid future leaders of the company. **Skills / Experience / What we are looking for**
- Some management experience in a hospitality venue
- Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
- Leadership, energy and enthusiasm, if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great.
- A managers certificate or LCQ is advantageous
- You're looking for a long term career in hospitality

The Role*
We are looking for a Superstar Manager who has the expertise to create a fresh, bright experience for every customer who walks through the doors in Ponsonby.
You will:

- Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch
- Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members
- Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation
- Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.
- Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line
