**What you will be doing**

As Clinical Leader for Equity with a population and child health focus, you will be part of the wider Pegasus Clinical Leader group that both individually and collectively, advise and provide direction to the areas identified as being of strategic importance to Pegasus Health

You will influence strategic planning to ensure equitable access and equitable outcomes for Māori and the people of Waitaha. You will also be part of the Pegasus Population Health and Equity Team providing support, advice, and insight into the team and their overarching strategy

This is a permanent position of up to 0.3 FTE with flexible working hours and location.

**What you will bring**

We are seeking and enthusiastic and innovative Allied Health Primary Care clinician, General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner with a current APC.

You will have a strong presence or connection with general practice teams and evidence of commitment and implementation of an equity lens and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Experience (Or willingness) to lead and work with others to achieve agreed strategic objectives. An interest in population and child health is desirable
