This is a short term role for a few months, with the possibility to extend beyond that. Specifically, the shifts we are after are midnight until 8am on Saturday, Sunday and Monday evenings, though there could be more shifts available.
Full training will be provided, however, some call centre or customer service experience is advantageous.
This team is responsible for providing quick and accurate responses to customer alarm activations - both security and medical. Provide customer enquiry, troubleshooting and virtual services.
This is both an inbound and outbound call centre, set in a secure and welcoming team environment.
The ability to remain calm under pressure, and communicate clearly are important to the success of the role.
