In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident painter with the ability to work with mínimal supervision, show good leadership qualities, run a team, and be able to meet deadlines.

**To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes**:

- Foreman: Demonstrate the necessary experience to lead a team in the painting and maintenance sector
- Experienced Painters: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the painting and maintenance sector
- Brush hands: Dedication to learning the painting trade - painting knowledge is a bonus.
- Ability to work Full Time, minimum 40 hours per week, roughly 7 am - 5 pm (weather dependent)
- Current Full NZ Drivers Licence
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour
- Show good leadership qualities and run a team
- Working at height and on elevated work platforms
- Be willing to undergo a medical, drug & alcohol assessment prior to being placed on the role
