The remuneration range for this role is $ 74,090 to $ 81,864 and is covered by the collective agreement PSA Clerical
- Gisborne Hospital, Ambulatory Clerical
- Full time - 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday
- 1 year Fixed term contract

**About the Role**
- This vacancy is due to Maternity leave, the term of maternity cover will be for 1 year._
- The scheduler is responsible for managing the General Surgery FSA waitlist, ensuring all appointments are booked in a timely manner and dealing with patients in a caring and helpful manner._
- The role requires an expert in navigating Patient Management systems or equivalent experience with Information Management Systems._
- This role works with many different people, roles and departments. If you love to work with all types and collaboratively you will excel in this environment._

**About the Team/Service/ Location**
- We are a dedicated team of administrators that support the referral system, booking system and patient information. We work to support our patients and each other to ensure that we provide the best service to our community._

**About you**
- _Previous administration experience_
- _Proven knowledge of the Privacy act, and the Health Information Privacy Code_
- _Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth_
