**He kōrero mō te tūranga | The role**

As a Multisystemic Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based, family-focused interventions that address the needs of rangatahi with alcohol and drug challenges, antisocial behaviours, and related concerns. You will work collaboratively with whānau, schools, and communities to support rangatahi in achieving positive, sustainable outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify ecological strengths and challenges.
- Developing treatment plans and interventions grounded in Multisystemic Therapy (MST) principles.
- Partnering with whānau and key stakeholders to address barriers and ensure safety plans are in place.
- Providing on-call support to MST clients as part of a team.
- Engaging in regular supervision and professional development to ensure high-quality service delivery.

**He kōrero mōu | About you**

You are a skilled practitioner with a passion for working with rangatahi and their whānau. Your approach is strengths-based, culturally responsive, and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or a related field, along with relevant clinical training.
- Current full registration with a professional body such as SWRB, NZPB, Occupational Therapy NZ, NZ Medical Council or DAPAANZ.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- A full New Zealand driver's licence.
