Integration Manager

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Systems Integration**
- Work with vendors on the development and maintenance of integration plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data, including managing data quality checks and performing data analysis.
- Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of system integration best practices.
- Collaborate with analysts, architects, and system owners in the installation and testing of integrations.
- Ensure that any new system integration into business systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.

**Data Migration**
- Lead all data migration work across the project, ensuring that data is migrated accurately, securely, and on time.

**Operational Management**
- Develop relationships with internal business functions and suppliers.
- Work diligently to enhance or improve business processes via integration or, as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes.
- Assist in the development of communication, training, and documentation for end-users and team members

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A degree in computer systems design or computer science, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Health Systems is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of system and data quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Experience with database platforms, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database.
- Competency with XML constructs and schemas.
- Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas.
- Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
