**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Converting quotes into sales
- Up-selling vehicles, accessories and extras
- Problem solving and providing solutions for customer queries and potential issues they may have
- Completing administrative tasks
- Working towards monthly targets
- Ensuring Snap Rentals vision is maintained and delivered

**Skills required**It doesn’t matter if you have worked in the car rental industry for years, or have never set foot in a car rental branch, you just need to have the following attributes:

- Relevant experience in resolving customers complaints
- Proven experience in retail or sales, including upselling and cross selling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professionalism
- An eye for detail
- Positive energy

**Hours and Benefits**Do you love selling and think that you should get paid **MORE **the better you do? We have commission based incentives that we pay out FORTNIGHTLY.

The pay rate is $23 per hour with discounted vehicle rentals as another company benefit.

For this role we are ideally looking for 18 hours to be covered during trading hours over the weekend. Additional hours may also be available
