**The Role**

The role of the Accounts Payable officer reports into the Financial Manager in a sole-charge capacity. You will be responsible for:

- Manual and automated invoice processing and coding accurately
- High volume invoices (1,500+ per monthly)
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and payments
- Processing of smaller weekly payments, and payments on the 20th of the month and month end
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Foreign currency payments (USD, AUD, GBP, EUR)
- Supplier queries
- Review and action weekly and monthly reporting
- Ad-hoc administration work

**Your Profile**

To be considered for this role, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable officer who can take ownership of this role and who has previously worked in a sole-charge environment. You will have intermediate excel skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines, as well as self-motivation and excellent communication skills.
