**Senior Change Assurance and Resilience Specialist**:
**Firstly, a bit about us**:
Airways New Zealand provides air traffic management services across 30 million square kilometres - one of the largest areas of airspace in the world. Aviation is evolving rapidly and we continue to implement new technology for domestic and international customers. Within New Zealand, we operate aerodrome control services or flight information services at 19 locations throughout the country.

**About the role**

In this key role, you’ll act as a senior thought leader with a focus on security, risk, assurance of safety change management and business resilience requirements.

It is a leadership role that encompasses the design and review of the artefacts of safety and security plans, safety and security risk assessments and safety cases. It also includes championing the implementation of our PSR (Protective Security Requirements) and leading Security investigations, whilst supporting broader thematic reviews lead by S&A.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Be a self starter who is seeking a challenging role.
- Have recent experience designing and leading safety and security change in the aviation sector or a similar industry.
- Have an eye for detail, a passion for quality outcomes and enjoy working with teams from the operational frontline to the executive boardroom.
- See the big picture and have the ability to translate strategic objectives into operational actions working through others to achieve the aim.
- Bring diversity of thought to the business while balancing the need to be an SME, coach, mentor team player and collaborative leader in your areas of expertise.
