Gilmour's Tauranga is a leading and well-established wholesale Food & Beverage distribution company dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our valued customers.

**The Role**

As a Service Picker, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that orders are accurately picked and prepared for delivery. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team. We are currently offering **two positions** **within different shifts**:
1. Service Picker - Twilight Team - Chilled and Frozen:
Shift Timing**:Sunday to Thursday **been Mon
- Thu 18:00 - 02:30 and Sun 16:00 - 00:30. You will be responsible for accurately picking up the orders from the Chiller/Freezer, packing the orders, and load onto our delivery trucks to prepare them for next-day delivery. Attention to detail and efficiency are vital to excel in this role.

2. Service Picker - Graveyard Team - Ambien, Chilled and Fresh Produce:
Shift Timing**:Monday to Friday** been Mon-Thu 21:00 - 05:30 Fri 17:00 - 1:30. You will be part of a critical team responsible for picking and preparing orders and loading the orders onto our delivery trucks, during the night for early morning deliveries. This role requires individuals who thrive in overnight working environments and can maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently according to the order system.
- Load the delivery trucks manually.
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are upheld in the order preparation process.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role or a warehousing environment is advantageous, but not essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- A forklift license is advantageous, but not essential.
- Able to work in cold environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Willingness to work during the specified shifts.
