**About the Role**:
We're looking for two enthusiastic Prep Team members to join our growing company As a vital part of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our spray painters by prepping surfaces for successful restoration and recoating projects. This includes tasks like:

- **Preparing surfaces** (sanding, cleaning, masking)
- **Organizing and maintaining equipment/supplies**:

- **Ensuring a clean and organized work environment**

- **Maintain a tidy and efficient work style.**:

- **Have a strong eye for detail** and a commitment to quality.
- **Can work independently** while also being a team player.

**Schedule**:

- Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Occasional weekend work may be required during busy seasons.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
