We are looking for a highly motivated coffee lover to join our Café team at the Allpress in Freeman’s Bay as our **Cafe Cook. **The ideal person for this role will be passionate about creating delicious compliments to our coffee.

**About the role**

You will be responsible for the preparation and development of a light breakfast menu, a range of Italian sandwiches and lunch specials. Other responsibilities will include food preparation, blending juices & smoothies, cleaning dishes, and engaging in coffee conversations with our customers.

Previous experience must reflect a fresh modern approach to food and the ability to deliver exceptional standards of food preparation & presentation.

This is a full time role - Monday to Friday between 6:00am - 2.30pm each day.
- Has the ability to manage the operational and financial aspects of the Roastery Café to Allpress standards
- Manage all aspects of food inventory, preparation, presentation
- You’ll have a food hygiene certificate and qualifications in food handling
- Experience with Food Control Plan is a must.
- Being a team player and having a flexible approach to tasks is vital.
