Our client is a successful facility with state of the art, high volume laundry processing technology. They are committed to being the most efficient and cost-effective linen provider to their customers and service the lower half of the North Island.

The Role

We are seeking two individuals to work in their processing centre based in Palmerston North.

The role will include the following:

- You will be responsible for operating laundry folding machines. This will mean feeding freshly cleaned towels, pillowcases, and bedsheets into the machines.
- You will be trained to use all the industry specific machinery.
- The role is highly repetitive. You will be feeding linen into machines for the entirety of your shift, so you must be comfortable with this aspect of the position.

Days & Hours

These roles are Monday - Friday 28.5 hours per week, however hours have the potential to reduce during quiet periods.
Monday: 3:30pm-9:30pm
Tuesday: 3:30pm-9:30pm
Wednesday: 1:30pm-7pm
Thursday: 1:30pm-7pm
Friday:1:30pm-7pm

Skills and Attributes
- Experience in a laundry processing environment is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in repetitive and constant work on your feet.
- Comfortable working alongside others.
