- Permanent Part-time role in Diabetes with our Paediatric Endocrine and Diabetes Service (0.6 FTE/24 hours per week)

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

We have a permanent part-time role available within the Starship Consult Liaison Team -Diabetes Service, to provide high quality clinical psychology assessments and interventions for children and adolescents and their family/whānau attending the Starship Paediatric Endocrine & Diabetes Service.

We are a friendly, hard-working and motivated service that provide mental health assessments and interventions for children; adolescents and their whānau (family) attending Starship inpatient and outpatient services.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**

As a Registered Clinical Psychologist, you will:

- Provide a high quality; evidence based clinical psychological service to children and families. There is potential to do some neuropsychology assessments also.
- Have prior clinical psychology experience working with children and adolescents. Previous clinical experience with paediatric medical services is an advantage but not a requirement
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to specialist information/ knowledge to the planning of care.
- Maintain a clinical caseload and administrative systems.
