We’re looking a vibrant, energetic student who is full of confidence and keen to get into the sporting world You are a confident, clear speaker, can engage with the crowd, no matter what size - whether it’s 100 people or 1000 people. An understanding of netball would be ideal, but not necessary.

What you will be responsible for:

- Responsible for the delivery of key sponsor and administrative messages as supplied by NNZ and the Host Team.
- Responsible for engaging with the audience - encouraging the fans to show their support and have a great time.

Key Tasks
- Liaise with the Team Operations Manager, Sport Presentation Coordinator, and NNZ Match Delegate with regard to specific timings of announcements, team introductions, music and live entertainment.
- Delivery of key sponsor and administrative messages as supplied by NNZ and Host Team.
- Engage with the audience - encourage fans from both teams to show their support and have a good time.
- At team introductions, ensure equal enthusiasm for both teams and no pausing between announcements.
- Ensure the correct pronunciation of player names prior to making any announcements - liaise with Team Operations Manager to obtain phonetics of names if required.
- Team substitutions made at a quarter or half time break must be announced in the final 30 seconds of the break (no earlier).
