- We are currently seeking a Service Repair Technician to join our team in Auckland. Reporting to the Service manager, your key duties will include:_
- Dismantling and reassembling product to make a diagnosis
- Delivering quality repairs within a timely manner
- Continuously improving the warranty and service processes looking for ways to streamline where possible
- Monitor repair trends and identify stock and spare parts requirements
- Ensure compliance with all TTI WHS and company procedures
- Ensure your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

Skills and experience required:_**
- Minimum of 2 years AC / DC tool repair experience
- Restricted electrical license or appliance electrical testing licence an advantage, but not essential
- A strong technical aptitude with problem solving skills
- Ability to work to set KPI's and self-manage time
- Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
