Warehouse Keeper

Looking for Warehouse Keeper for a client in New Zealand

As a warehouse keeper, successful applicants will be responsible for:

- Unloading containers
- Ensuring all inwards goods are stored in the appropriate storage place to safeguard the quality in the products
- Ensuring that all products are stored in a safe manner in the warehouse
- Identify any potential shortages in existing products and report them to sales and marketing.
- Completing of customer orders
- Loading of trucks for the delivery of products to customers.
- Working together with other team members to achieve the goals of the company
- Ensuring the safety and tidiness of warehouse, both inside and outside work areas.
- Ensuring the safety and working fitness of warehouse equipment, as well as notifying supervisor of any faulty equipment
- Making sure that local orders are delivered accurately
- Processing customer returns
- Identifying and reporting of any hazards, accidents or near misses in the workplace to supervisor
- Delivering orders (if needed)

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Awareness of issues related to people in regard to different cultures and social backgrounds
- At least 3 years relevant experience is required.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mangere, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
