- If you have a positive, can-do attitude and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team. Our nationwide operation, with a main support office in Rosedale, needs a target-driven professional who can help clients rediscover the joy of hearing..-
- Fulltime position based in Albany, Auckland.
- Flexible shifts, you decide between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday after your induction period.
- 40 hours per week within our Contact Centre’s operating times.
- No cold calling: You’ll be reaching out to existing clients to arrange appointments in our clinics.
- Customer care focus: Our calls prioritise customer care over objection handling
- Accurate recording of client information.
- Reaching daily and monthly KPI Targets on dials and appointment setting.
- Work from home options available following successful onboarding and satisfactory performance (this can take 1 - 3 months).**About you**:
