**Job Responsibility**
- Accepting and validating walk-in, phone, and online reservations.
- Preparing, Serving and selling beverages.
- Inviting diners to their tables and distributing menus.
- Accepting and communicating food and beverage requests to the appropriate personnel.
- As required, mixing and dispensing beverages.
- delivering food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables.
- Clearing each table of its glassware, silverware, and dinnerware after visitors have finished their meals, or upon request.
- Diners are responsible for clearing and reporting breakages.
- Advising customers on menu and wine choice.
- Ensuring that the venue and facilities are clean and organized.
- Assist in managing all bookings for events and liaising with the customers to determine event requirements.
- Remedy any problems or defects, and general maintenance of the venue.
- Help kitchen staff in general kitchen duties when bar is not busy.
- Stocking up drinks in the bar fridges.
- Comply with cleanliness, sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Comply with reasonable directions given to you by the Employer.
- At all times act faithfully, honestly and diligently

**Guarantee 30 Hours Per Week**

**Requirements**:

- Willing to do rotating shifts
- Interpersonal Skills
- Able to work on weekends

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to Commute:

- Auckland City, Auckland (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Auckland City, Auckland: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
