**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control.
- Lead and motivate a team of bakers, decorators, and support staff to ensure exceptional product quality and customer service.
- Develop and refine recipes, keeping up with industry trends and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, feedback, and special orders with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Passion for baking and a creative flair.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
