We have a rare and exciting opening to join our team in Gisborne as a Postie. Grasp the opportunity to work outdoors, and stay connected with your local community by delivering essential postal mail.

This position is a permanent part-time role, Tuesday to Friday, Starting time will be confirmed in an interview - early starts and finishes are the norms

**Here's what you'll do**

You will be the face of the company as you deliver mail from our Hawke's Bay depot across the Gisborne Suburbs.

You'll start your day sorting essential business mail in our branch for delivery. While operating a motorcycle, you will deliver postal mail letter box to letter box, while taking pride in providing excellent customer service, and building rapport and relationships as you go.

**What we're looking for**

Some of the key things you'll need to perform this role successfully are:

- **You must have a clean class 6 motorcycle licence - Learners, Restricted or Full**:

- Enjoy working outdoors in any type of weather
- Flexible and reliable
- Comfortable lifting up to 25kgs
- Physically fit and active with a 'can do' attitude and likes to get the job done.
- Passionate about keeping customers happy
- High regard for Health & Safety standards
