Snowplanet now have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join the team to support sales and marketing efforts over the up-and-coming busy winter months. This role will be 6 months fixed term and 30 hours per week. This is the perfect opportunity for a Graphic Designer that has had 1-3 years industry experience and looking to extend themselves and gain exposure to marketing.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the GM of Sales and Marketing, as the Graphic Designer you will take ownership of the design and production of all print and online collateral, ensuring the successful management of all web content, adhering to brand guidelines, and ensuring effective delivery. Even though Graphic Design will be the priority, you will be required to support all aspects of Sales and Marketing as well. This will include:

- Advertising and Campaign Management
- Direct Marketing
- Management of agency and media relationships
- Monitoring and reviewing performance of digital channels
- Add posts and blogs to communicate with the Snowplanet community using their CRM, Website and Facebook.
- On occasion, will need to man the front desk.

**About You**:
You will be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge & experience:

- **Technical Competency -** Excellent computer skills is a pre-requisite to this position, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High level competency in the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular - InDesign - is essential, as well as WordPress Content Management Software.
- **Brand Guidelines -** you will have proven ability to work within brand guidelines as a graphic designer and will be able to provide examples of work where you have done so.
- **Culture fit -** You will be proactive and efficient in the way you work. You will be someone who comes to the table with ideas and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- **Web Design & Content Management - **Ideally you will have prior experience of managing a website, ensuring all online content is relevant and up to date and creating new content where required
- **Exposure to Marketing Activities - **It would be advantageous if you have been across day to day marketing activities before, however this is not essential.
