Our Supply team are the team that fuels our customers, literally Supply at Z Energy looks after the whole fuel supply chain and maintenance of all assets to ensure we have what we need, where we need it.

This newly created role will you work with our Assets and Store Development teams to ensure the timeline and resource allocation of our projects is planned effectively and efficiently. Using your experience in commercial projects you will be across project plans, timelines, dependencies and be the person keeping everyone in the know.

You will be organised, calm and love juggling multiple priorities and foreseeing issues before they arise. If you are keen for a new challenge in an environment with plenty of exciting work happening we would love to hear from you.

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Work with the wider team to create detailed project plans, establishing timelines using project management methodologies
- Use your problem-solving skills to identify critical paths, dependencies, and resource constraints and propose solutions to keep schedules and risks on track
- Communicate timelines and dependencies, facilitating discussions, and resolving issues with your excellent relationship building skills
- Demonstrate a high level of adaptability and organisation through the management of multiple projects, adjusting schedules to changing priorities, and working efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll bring to Z**
- Sound experience in commercial project planning and scheduling
- Demonstrated experience in multi-location, multi-disciplinary commercial projects
- Knowledge of projects inside out, defining projects, schedules, programs, revision and adjustments
- A love of being the go-to, great communication skills and relationship building to engage with a range of stakeholders
- Knowledge of project software,
- A natural organiser keeping all administration up to date

The base salary range for this role is $96,900 to $114,000 per annum, plus 15% STI based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
