**The Role**:
**Position**: Taxi Driver

**Location**: Auckland

**Position**: Full-Time Permanent

**Number of Positions**: Multiple Position Available

**Pay Range**: $28 to $30 per hour

**Hours**: Guaranted 30 Hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a taxi in a safe and professional manner during night shifts on weekends and public holidays.
- Picking up passengers from desired locations and transporting them to their destinations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including assisting with loading and unloading luggage and ensuring a comfortable ride.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and fellow road users.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle at all times.
- Accept and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Keep records of mileage, trips, and passenger details as required.
- Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Have a clean class 1 Driver Licence or equilvalent international Driver Licence to New Zealand.
- Have good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle cash transactions.
- Be able to pass drug test if required.
- Have a clear criminal recod.
- Ability to use GPS technology.
- Ability to work long hours including night shifts and weekends.

To be considered for this role, you must be NZ Citizens/Residents, or legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
