The Master will be responsible for the vessel and directly report and liaise with the vessel owner. Master is responsible for manning and safe operation of the yacht, and ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safe navigation and operation of the yacht
- Ultimate safety for passengers, crew, environment and the yacht
- Responsible for manning, crew members and personnel management
- Being an ambassador for the yacht and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience
- Achieve owner’s objectives

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Super Yacht experience
- Preferably +5 years work experience as Passenger Ship/Yacht Master
- Excellent navigational and boat handling skills
- Emergency management skills
- Excellent communication, management, diplomacy and service skills
- Non-smoker, as smoking is not allowed onboard
- Language skills: Fluent English.
