We are looking for a full-time enthusiastic and proactive Occupational Therapist to join our high performing Allied Health team, based in our Greenlane office.

**Job Location**: Auckland

**Employment Type**: Permanent Full Time (40 hours per week)

You will receive comprehensive training, excellent clinical support, and access to ongoing education to complete specific evidence-based reports and rehabilitation techniques.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive needs-based assessments and rehabilitation programmes for a wide range of client types with serious injury, including neurological disorders affecting the brain, spinal cord and nerves, such as stroke, MS and Parkinson's disease.
- Be responsible and accountable for the provision of high-quality care with the purpose of restoring the client's health to the maximum extent practicable in the client's home or other community-based setting as required.
- Work independently to plan and implement appropriate and timely treatment plan for clients.
- An Occupational Therapy qualification with a current practicing certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience ideally working with complex neurological client groups (SCI/TBI) in the community, or have a keen interest in neurological and cognitive is preferred.
- Good time management and relationship building skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- A commitment to providing the best service delivery to our clients.
- Current full driver license.
- The ability to travel around the greater Auckland area.
