**About the role**

As a Service Desk Analyst you'll be responding to phone calls and request queries from customers, guiding them through first level technical support. You'll work with a team of close knit, like-minded people, who rally each other through the rushes and support each other with more in-depth queries.
- Communicate to ensure a Positive Customer Experience
- Manage Service Requests and Phone Queues.
- Triage and Troubleshoot Hardware and Software Issues
- Contribute to Service Improvement Offerings
- Document and update Knowledgebase Articles
- Available for a Revolving Roster and On Call after hours support

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a positive attitude to learn along with an excellent approach to customer service supported by good technical aptitude. Service Desk experience is a bonus.
You will work with a customer centric team who genuinely value and support each other and work towards achieving the outcomes of our people and organisation.

We are a team that are responsive to an ever-changing environment which demands the ability to prioritise and balance service requests in a timely and effective manner.
