Foreperson - Te Ara Tupua

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Foreperson to join our Structures team for Te Ara Tupua to lead our awesome crew.
A focus on health and safety is imperative to this role, as you must assist in driving a strong safety culture in all day-to-day operations.
**About the role**:
- Liaising with our Project Manager for project planning and pre-commencement documentation
- Maintaining health and safety onsite
- Managing onsite work scheduling and logistics
- Site establishment
- Undertaking various types of civils work: 3 Waters, Earthworks, Pavements etc.
**About you**:
- Minimum Full Class 1 license
- Relevant industry experience in civils
- Proven experience leading crews on site
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Be a team player
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead by example
