**Daily Operations**:

- Maintain a steady level of clean plates, pans, containers and cutlery coming through to the kitchen and front of house
- Keep a tidy and safe working area
- Process vegetables under instruction
- Communicate with the kitchen team on what jobs need to be done and when
- Maintain a friendly and positive work environment with the kitchen and front of house teams.
- Work efficiently and calmly under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and communicate well
- Professional and safety conscious work ethic - Be able to communicate in English well
