We have a waste collection company seeking individuals to join their team to carry out bin audits throughout Christchurch City.

In this role you will be responsible for checking the contents of the public's red, yellow & green bins throughout Christchurch City, to ensure the appropriate waste has been placed into the designated bin. You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions, being active, and have a changing working environment day-to-day. You will need to be comfortable interacting with members of the public & providing education surrounding waste.

A portion of this role will also involve working autonomously, driving a class 1 manual vehicle with a trailer to remove and collect bins.

**Job Specifics**:

- Bin auditing
- Issuing notices
- Bin removals - with trailer
- Drive company vehicles (class 1, manual)
- Walking up to 10kms per day
- 5.30am-2pm (finish time can vary) Monday to Friday

**Job Requirements**:

- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Full class 1 licence MINIMUM
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle and tow a trailer
- Own reliable transport
- Proven work experience confirmed by two references.
