The role:
As a Duty Manager you will work alongside a team assisting the Manager deliver high and consistent service to their customers. You will have a focus on adding value to the team through effective training, leadership and communication to ensure smooth service for customers.

Job duties may include:
Stock management

Staff training

Assisting with roster planning

Handling customer complaints

Other related tasks

What skills & experience you will bring to the role:

- Relevant Experience will be preferable but not mandatory

Ability to work across weekends and evenings (normally finish time is about 10.3pm) -Current LCQ licence preferred

Able to pass criminal and drug history if required

Ability to work rostered shifts and weekend shifts

Pay rate $24-30 per hour (experience and tenure in the industry dependant).

Minimum of 30 hours a week.
