**Job Description**:
An opportunity has arisen for an Apparel DC Manager. Reporting to the Tribe Lead - Supply Chain Execution, you will ensure the Apparel Distribution Centre is engaged to deliver and maintain the balanced scorecard. You will maintain a strong relationship with our main third party transport provider as well as driving productivity and delivering results to a high standard through effective leadership practices.

Drawing on your toolkit of skills and proven experience your other key objectives will be:

- Experienced people leader looking for an opportunity to lead a team in supply chain.
- Operational focused, labour, productivity with a strength in data analysis and action oriented kind of actions/outcomes.
- To implement operational leadership of day to day supply activity while supporting key squad and sprint objectives/activities quarter by quarter.
- Lead, grow and develop a team to high-performance outcomes.
- Drive strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3+ years of Logistics/fulfillment experience as well as 3+ years from within the Retail/Consumer industry.
- You will be able to demonstrate DC management best practices.
- Experience with WMS or software implementation would be incredibly valuable.
- Strong people leadership experience including developing team culture and capability.
- You will have experience with budget ownership.
- You will have experience working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- You will show excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management influencing skills
